The discrete element method and simulation analysis of the interaction between granular materials implements provide a convenient effective for optimal design farming machinery. However, parameter differences different make impossible to carry out directly. It is necessary obtain specific material parameters contact through calibration object, so as results more reliable. Parameter mainly includes intrinsic measurement, model selection, calibration. test methods include Plackett–Burman other screening with significant influence, then selecting climbing test, response surface method, etc., finally carrying regression analysis.
